Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (7–15 business days): Free on orders over $30; flat rate $4.99 for orders under $30
- Expedited Shipping (3–7 business days): $12.99 flat rate
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $24.99 flat rate
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at store@alimox.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Alimox is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at store@alimox.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
